Scalloped Corn

1 can of corn
1 can of cream styled corn
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
3 T melted butter
1 cup finely crushed saltine cracker crumbs
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper


Combine, Top with chunks of butter placed here and there, and Bake at 350 degrees 30-45 mins until slightly brown on top.

Makes a great side dish!
